Where can I check the pricing of all the fees (tax fee, KYC, Foreign Exchange and spreads)?

It will always be shown on the statement of the Virtual Account used and/or the General Bank Account.

Does Trio charges integration fee?

It depends on your contract. Please know more about fees for you specific contract talking to a specialist: [email protected]

How do I settle my balance in other currencies (FIAT or crypto)?

You can use the console/dashboard to make a quotation of your balance. Do as many quotations as you wish, before you decide to proceed.

How much time does it take for the requested amount to be transferred to my International Account?

After it's been requested, the process will be under analysis to be finally consolidated within 2 business days.

Why is the amount released for exchange different from the amount available in my account?

For security and also compliance reasons, to avoid currency evasion and other possible frauds, Trio only offers exchange on cash amounts remaining in your balance for more than 7 days.
