Pix and Open Finance (Trio Checkout)

Real-time payments' rules and more.

Updated over a week ago

Trio is mostly used to receive and pay using Pix, the Brazilian system for real-time payments. Our processing technology can make transactions faster, cheaper and safer for companies of all sizes.

For innovating markets & companies we also offer a ready-to-use interface for connection using Open Finance called Trio Checkout [know more].

There are, of course, a set of rules and settings to be attentive. If you need further assistance, you can find answers for some of the main questions regarding Pix and Open Finance below:

Is there a limit on how many Pix transactions I can make in a day?

No, you can make as many Pix transactions you need using Trio's infracstructure. Your billing may change according to your transactional volume.

Is there a limit of values I can process in transactions?

Yes, there is a default limit rate on how much money can be transferred:

Daily, for the same domain: R$ 10.000,00

Rate limit for each transaction: R$ 5.000,00

Night limit for each transaction: R$ 1.000,00

Daily limit: R$ 50.000,00

*Note that these limits can be altered depending on the client's needs and legal analysis. If you need your limits to change, please address to our support by clicking not he button at the right end of the page.

I want to implement the open finance checkout in my website: how to make this happen?

Implementing the SDK is very easy: access all documentation here.

Your billing will change when you start charging with Open Finance, since this is a plug-in to out Pix transactions. Once it is implemented and used by your user, the charge will happen automatically, per transaction.

How does our checkout interface work?

Our interface works through a pluggable iframe (client-side). Watch video below to see the full process.

Have you tried our Demo? This is exactly how Trio Checkout will work for your end user: Checkout Demo
